Personality:
People describe Aurel as “quirky” and eccentric because of his unusual beliefs and habits. Lacks of self-consciousness and isn’t afraid to show who he truly is.
Aurel is a hard worker and unusually perceptive. Always willing to learn more to feed his curiosity. He can be weird, socially awkward and bluntly honest, making people feel uncomfortable in less than a second by speaking his mind without thinking about it. He’s rarely anxious or nervous about anything.
Kind of mysterious and difficult to understand, people close to him knows he’s a terrific listener and always knows his way to understand and comfort others.
When Aurel is feeling overwhelmed, he will seek solitude. Being alone and away from the worlds' ills allows him time to recuperate, sort his thoughts. If you chase him, he is likely to stay hidden or leave altogether.

Aurel's extra sensitivity can cause him to lose touch with reality. He’s very interested in mysticism and the spiritual unknown. Always changing between reality and non-reality, consciousness and an unconscious dream state, causing others to believe he’s crazy. His spiritual life allows him to create all kind of realities.

Background:
Since he has memory he lived in a caravan with a family of gypsies who adopted him. They found the boy crying in an abandoned house when he was 2 and raised him as his own son under the name of Aurel. All he can remember about that night is the starry night. He never complained about the life he got and his family taught him all about the gypsies traditions and history, learning how to take care of himself at the age of 10. Aurel developed a curios personality but also the discrimination towards his family made him become more of a quiet guy, not shy, but rarely connected to others reality. When he grew older he began to collect astronomy books and earning interest in the subject.

Aurel wishes to specialize into Archaeoastronomy (the study of how people in the past have understood the phenomena in the sky, how they used phenomena in the sky and what role the sky played in their cultures).

Club: Gardening Club (spends most of his free time in there).
Classes: Astronomy, History (super curious, always taking notes), Science, Math (he fails very hard).
Sports: Swimming.

Additional Info:
✖ Other students dislike him because his gypsy heritage and play pranks to him such as hiding his stuff, locking him into classrooms, throwing him into the pool, etc.
✖ He would drift away from a conversation he doesn’t find interesting and randomly contribute to one he finds amusing.
✖ His eyes are heavy lidded and he walks along with a sleepy appearance all the time.
✖ Most of the time he’s mistaken by a freshmen because of his young look.
✖ He is usually busy doing something with his hands or thinking so he doesn’t realize when you’re calling for him.
✖ Even though he likes animals, they don’t love him back. Animals he tries to heal usually bite or scratch him back.
✖ Gets lost easily, therefore he's always late to any appointment.
